Brazilian Climate Litigation Bulletin - 2022

Brazilian Climate Litigation Bulletin - 2022 systematizes the main quantitative results and presents a first qualitative analysis of data from the Climate Litigation Platform in Brazil, referring to cases identified until August 2022.

The Brazilian Climate Litigation Platform is a database dedicated to gathering information on Brazilian climate litigation cases, developed by the Research Group on Law, Environment, and Justice in the Anthropocene (JUMA), that integrates the Environmental Law Coordination of the Interdisciplinary Center for the Environment at PUC-Rio (NIMA-Jur), with the support of Instituto Clima e Sociedade (iCS).
