The research group on Law, Environment, and Justice in the Anthropocene (JUMA/NIMA/PUC-Rio) has just released the second edition of the Climate Litigation Bulletin in Brazil. The publication systematizes the main quantitative results and presents a qualitative analysis of data from the Brazilian Climate Litigation Platform, covering cases mapped up to September 2023.
