This database on the insertion of the climate variable in the environmental licensing, organized by JUMA/NIMA/PUC-Rio, contains the main numerical results (quantitative and qualitative) of two axes of the research “Climate litigation: insertion of the climate variable in the environmental licensing ”, held in 2020 and published in 2021 by Editora PUC-Rio.

 

Research axes present in this database:

I. Survey and analysis of Brazilian legislation (federal, state and from the federal district) for diagnosis of the normative scenario regarding the insertion of the climate variable in environmental licensing (Axis A).

II. Survey and critical analysis of foreign reference cases of climate litigation on environmental licensing (Axis C).
